• 07:30 AM – 08:15 AM: Women's Doubles Registration Novice & Intermediate
• 08:30 AM – 10:50 AM: Women's Doubles Novice & Intermediate
• 09:45 AM – 10:30 AM: Mixed Doubles Registration Novice & Intermediate
• 11:00 AM – 01:20 PM: Mixed Doubles Novice & Intermediate
• 12:15 PM – 01:00 PM: Men's Doubles Registration Novice & Intermediate
• 01:30 PM – 03:50 PM: Men's Doubles Novice & Intermediate
• 04:20 PM – 05:00 PM: Semi-Finals

📌 Tournament Factsheet

⏰ Punctuality

• Players must report to their assigned courts on time.
• Failure to appear within 10 minutes of a match being called will result in a forfeit due to no-show.

🩹 Injury Time

• A 10-minute injury timeout will be allowed. If a player cannot continue after that, it will be considered a forfeit.

⏱ Timeouts

• One timeout per team, per match—only applicable for Quarterfinal, Semifinal, 3rd Place & Final matches.

📋 Tournament Format

Group Format

• 16 teams per division (4 groups of 4)

Round Robin (Top 16)

• Matches played to 15 points, rally scoring, no deuce.
• Each team plays 3 group matches.
• Top 2 teams from each group advance to the Quarterfinals.
• Sudden Death Rule: If score reaches 14–14, next point wins (serve to win).

Knockout Round (Quarter, Semifinals, 3rd Place)

• Matches played to 21 points, rally scoring, no deuce.
• Sudden Death Rule: At 20–20, serve to win.

Final (Best of 3 Games)

• Matches played to 21 points, rally scoring, no deuce.
• Sudden Death RuleAt 20–20, serve to win.

📋 Terms & Conditions

Age Eligibility

• Open to all age groups.

Category Limitation

• Each participant may register in only one category.

DUPR Rating Requirement

• Players must have a DUPR rating of 3.0 & below for Novice category and 4.0 & below for Intermediate category, with at least 50% reliability.
• DUPR rating will be based on the latest record at confirmation.
• Using multiple or fake accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification or a tournament ban.

Prize Money Policy

• Prize money is guaranteed only with full participation.
• If participation is low, prize money will be prorated accordingly.

Equipment & Match Records

• All paddles must comply with USAPA/UPA-A specifications. Tournament staff may request a paddle change if it doesn’t comply.
• Match results will be recorded on Baseline, and DUPR scores submitted via Baseline.
• Players must register at least 15 minutes before the tournament starts.
