🏓 Tournament Format
Doubles Format

Group Stage: Round-robin within each group per category.
-
Knockout Stage: Top 2 teams from each group advance to single-elimination rounds.
-
Format Adjustments: May be made depending on final participation numbers.

Seeding: All categories (except Novice) will have the Top 8 / Top 4 players seeded, based on DUPR Rating and Tournament Director’s discretion.
🔗 Tie-Breaking Criteria (Group Stage)
If two or more teams finish with identical win–loss records, standings will be determined in the following order:

Total Point Differential – Points scored minus points conceded across all group matches.

Head-to-Head Result – Applied only if exactly two teams are tied.

Coin Toss – Conducted by the Tournament Director, used only in the rare case that a head-to-head match was not played.
👥 Team Event Format
The Team Event will feature a combination of doubles matches and a special Dreambreaker singles tiebreaker format.
Each team match will consist of five (5) matches in the following order:
- Men’s Doubles (1st Match)
- Women’s Doubles (2nd Match)
- Mixed Doubles (3rd Match)
- Men's Doubles (4th Match)

Dreambreaker (5th Match, if required)
- Lineup submission must be done by the Team Captain or Team Manager only including for the Dreambreaker.
- Lineup must be submitted 10 minutes before the scheduled start time of the matches.
- The nominated players must remain in the submitted order throughout all the matches.
- Once submitted, the lineup cannot be changed.
Match Participation
- There is no limit to the number of matches a player may participate in across different categories.
- However, each male player is only allowed to compete in ONE (1) of the Men’s Doubles category
📊 Group Stage Format
Ranking in the Group Stage will be determined by the total points accumulated across all group matches.

Series Outcome Definitions

Win Condition: 3–1 or 4–0

Group Stage Match Schedule Format
Session 1:
These two matches will also be played simultaneously.
- Men’s Doubles (1st Match)
- Women’s Doubles (2nd Match)
Session 2:
These two matches will be played simultaneously.
- Mixed Doubles (3rd Match)
- Men’s Doubles (4th Match, second MD)
Important Note

No Dreambreaker matches will be played during the Group Stage.
Dreambreaker applies only during Knockout Stage if a series ends in a tie.
Dreambreaker Format (Rotating Singles – First to 30 Points)
If a Dreambreaker is required to determine the winner of a tie, the following rules will apply:
1. Team Line-Up Submission
- Each team must nominate 3 male players and 2 female players for the Dreambreaker.
2. Playing Format
- The Dreambreaker will be contested as Rotating Singles.
- The first team to reach 30 points wins the Dreambreaker.
3. Rotation Order
Players will rotate in the following fixed sequence:
- Male 1
- Female 1
- Male 2
- Female 2
- Male 3
- After the fifth player completes their turn, the rotation repeats from the beginning until one team reaches 30 points.
4. Points Per Player Before Rotation
- Each player will play 4 points before switching to the next player in the rotation.
- Players must rotate immediately after completing their 4-point segment, regardless of score.
5. General Notes
- Standard singles rules apply during all Dreambreaker points.
- Teams may not substitute or reorder their rotation once the Dreambreaker begins.

📏 Match Officiating & Rules
Refereeing
- From the Group Stage up to the Quarterfinals, matches shall be self-refereed.
- A designated Match Official will be available to handle disputes and challenges.

Semifinals & Finals will be officiated by appointed Referees.
Line Calls
- The receiving team is responsible for all line calls on their side, unless a certified referee or line judge is officiating.
- Line calls may be referred to the Match Official if both teams agree.
- If the Match Official is unable to make a determination, the rally shall be replayed.
Serve
- The serving team must clearly and audibly announce the score before initiating each serve.
- Failure to do so entitles the receiving team to request a re-serve.
- The serving team must also ensure the receiving team is ready before serving.
📊 DUPR Reliability Policy
- Players with a DUPR reliability score below 10% will be treated as Unrated (0.000/NR).
- If one partner is Unrated, their level will be considered the same as their partner’s rating, or at the Tournament Director’s discretion.
- If both partners have a reliability score below 10%, the pair will be considered Unrated(NR) and placed according to the Tournament Director’s discretion.
- This ensures fair placement and avoids mismatches due to incomplete or unreliable rating data.
